1. Deposit: The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 due at the time of signing this to secure their date of event. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
2. Refund and Rescheduling Policy:
3. Full Refund: The Client may cancel the rental with a full refund if the cancellation is made in writing by mail or via email 30 days prior to the start date of the rental period.
4. Rescheduling: If the Client wishes to reschedule the rental, they must notify the Rental provider in writing by mail or via email 30 days prior to the start date of the rental period.

The Rental Provider will work with the Client to find an alternative date within 30 days of the original rental date, subject to availability.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Removal: The Rental Provider will deliver and set up the photo booth equipment at the rental location. The Client agrees to provide a clear and adequate area of at least 10 x 10 ft that is free from obstacles for the proper setup of the booth. The Rental Provider will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the start of the rental period to ensure proper setup. The Client further agrees to provide clear and adequate access to the rental location for the Rental Provider’s staff.
4. WiFi: The Client acknowledges that the photo booth requires an internet connection to operate certain features. The Client agrees to provide the Rental Provider with the WiFi code for the rental location at least 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
5. Operation Guarantee:

The Rental Provider agrees to make best efforts to operate the photo booth for at least 85% of the rental period. However, in the event of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances, the Rental Provider shall no, be held liable for any disruptions or downtime.

6. Services Provided:

• 360 Photo Booth fits up to 2 people (600 1b weight capacity)
• Breakdown and setup of the photo booth equipment – On-site attendant
• Inst?lt share videos via airdrop, SMS, ema„, or QR code

7. Digital Album: The Rental Provider agrees to send a digital album containing all the videos taken at the event to the Client no later than 48 hours after the event. The digital album will be provided in a downloadable format or through a secure online platform, as agreed upon by both Parties,
8. Care and Responsibility:

The Client acknowledges that they will be responsible for the photo booth equipment during the rental period. The Client agrees to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and wili be liable for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse. Any damages to the equipment or electronic device (s) by person or persons is responsible for cost of repair and or replacement of damaged equipment.

9. Liability:

The Rental Provider shall not be held liable for any injury loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the photo booth equipment during the rental period.

10. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Provider from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the photo booth equipment.
11. Force Majeure:

Neither Party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of their obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government actions.

12. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
